With the HiPIMS process, 12 µm coating thicknesses can be achieved with high adhesion and ensure the highest wear volume in the machining of cast iron and steel materials. With FerroCon®Quadro you get the high coating thickness combined with the advantages of the HiPIMS process, such as smoothness, toughness, high hardness and temperature resistance.
