The CR266 ensures effective cleaning of the various contaminants - both quickly (cycle time: 45 min.) and cost-efficiently.
All process steps from cleaning to drying of the tools are carried out
fully automatically with the help of 2 caustic tanks, 2 rinsing tanks and 2 steam tanks in one chamber. The individual cleaning steps include pumping down the vacuum chamber, various cleaning, rinsing steps with flooding of the chamber and spray rinsing, evaporation and drying in vacuum.
Operated via an HMI touch screen, up to 30 freely programmable programs can guarantee an optimal cleaning result for any type of tool or component.

Good to know!
Rinsing water may be discharged according to German law. At the customer's request, a neutralization tank with pH monitoring can be supplied (subject to extra charge!). Lye must be disposed of according to German law or pumped into special wastewater treatment plants.
