The service and maintenance contract provides for a preventive maintenance interval of two years to ensure the best possible process safety and reliability of the CR266. Critical components, wearing parts and filters are replaced once a year or as required by the customer. We grant a 24-month warranty on all replaced components except wear parts. Telephone support is free of charge during this period.

Maintenance is carried out every two years by a CemeCon service technician on site at the customer's premises. Maintenance includes an inspection of the entire machine in accordance with the maintenance schedule:
If it is not yet necessary or not desired to replace the component, the components that have not been replaced will remain with you.
- Checking the switch cabinet-Checking the tank heaters
- Replacement of pump head P8
- Replacement of osmosis membrane and a pressure and flow check
- Replacement of the spray arm
- Replacement of all spray nozzles
- Replacement of the chamber heaters and temperature sensors
- Replacement of non-return valves on the working chamber
- Checking the gear racks and gear wheels of the door drive
- Check conductivity meter
- Function test of all valves and replacement of all process ball valves
- Replace pump P2 main pump
- Internal inspection of all tanks, cleaning if necessary
- Replacement of all tank seals
- Replace door seal of working chamber
- Check spray hoses; minor repair/replacement if necessary (max. 1 hour)
- Replace filter, water inlet 2x, activated carbon, city water tank and demineralized water circuit
- Replacement of the chamber ventilation air filter
- Replacement of UV lamps for disinfection in VE water circuit
- Checking the cooling system using pressure indicators in the operating theater and chart
- Vacuum check; reading out the chart; manual check
- Filling the system with water
- Subsequent function check with test run
- Filling the system with caustic solution and titration (if available at the customer's premises)
- Preparation of a maintenance report
- Discussion/advice on any further repair/replacement measures that may be necessary
