CC800® Diamond
The hardest coating material in the world - real diamond crystals. With the CC800® Diamond, extremely smooth and particularly adhesive nanocrystalline, crystalline or multilayer diamond coatings can be deposited fully automatically on more than 80 different types of carbide. Thanks to the hot-filament process used, even complex three-dimensional tools receive a particularly homogeneous layer thickness distribution with narrow tolerances. Despite its compact external dimensions, the CC800® Diamond has the largest capacity of fully automatic systems for diamond coating on the market. Three independently operating coating chambers make it particularly flexible and economical.

The CC800® Diamond can be used to apply the following diamond coatings:
- CarbonSpeed® – for machining graphite, green materials, and zirconia (ZrO₂)
- FiberSpeed® – for machining CFRP, GFRP, and ceramics
- MultiSpeed® – for machining CFRP, GFRP, and ceramics with an higher wear volume
- AeroSpeed® – for machining CFRP, GFRP, composite materials and stack materials used in the aerospace industry, featuring an extremely smooth diamond coating
- CarbideSpeed® – for machining cemented carbide
- MicroSpeed® – for coating PCB tools
