CC800® Diamond

The hardest coating material in the world - real diamond crystals. With the CC800® Diamond, extremely smooth and particularly adhesive nanocrystalline, crystalline or multilayer diamond coatings can be deposited fully automatically on more than 80 different types of carbide. Thanks to the hot-filament process used, even complex three-dimensional tools receive a particularly homogeneous layer thickness distribution with narrow tolerances. Despite its compact external dimensions, the CC800® Diamond has the largest capacity of fully automatic systems for diamond coating on the market. Three independently operating coating chambers make it particularly flexible and economical.
