With the CSAN 1000 S4 Microblasting line, surfaces can be processed in such a way that the planned surface structure is achieved reproducibly at all times - even for large quantities. This fully automatic, very compact 4-satellite blasting system with the associated post-rinse station is ideally suited for gentle wet pre- and post-treatment for the coating of HSS and carbide tools up to a diameter of 130 mm and a length of <400mm. The process parameters are individually adapted to your requirements and enable the highest surface qualities.
This Microblasting line consists of a rotatable blasting table on which the satellite plates, which are also rotatable, are mounted. The tools to be processed are placed in the corresponding holders on the satellite platters. The blasting process inside the unit is determined by the adjustable positioning of the tools and the individual blasting process. The stroke movement of the blasting nozzles additionally ensures that the entire workpiece surface is reliably processed. This enables particularly uniform and reproducible processing of the blasting material.
