The service and maintenance contract provides for a preventive maintenance interval of two years to ensure the best possible process safety and reliability of the CSAN. Critical components and wear parts are replaced once a year by the customer. We provide a 24- month warranty on all replaced components except wear parts. Hotline support is free of charge for you during this period.

Maintenance is performed every two years by a CemeCon service technician at the customer's site. The maintenance includes the inspection of the entire machine according to the maintenance plan:
